The local postage due cover shown above were sent on 7 October 2013, with Tsim Sha Tsui Pictorial Postmark. The cover arrived General Post Office on 8 October 2013. As Hong Kong local postage rate was increased on 1 October 2013 from $1.4 to $1.7, the $1.4 postage stamp was thus insufficient. The postage due is (1.7 - 1.4) x 2 = $0.6. You can see the Hong Kong local T postage due chop which shows the amount of postage due. On the cover, there were two postage due stamps (labels), which are issued on 23 September 2004, to top up the postage due.
